Have you ever just stopped doing something all of a sudden and just sat down and think? That's kind of what I'm doing right now. I'm picturing how my future is going to be and how I could possibly change it from being so... blah.

Looking at someone's page and reading about how they would hurt someone if they hurt someone in their family got me thinking. You know, I don't really feel that strongly about my own family. We aren't close at all. In fact, if we didn't have the same last name, didn't have to stay in the same place, you would think we were all total strangers. [ Weird since we're under the same roof ]

Anyways, yeah.... random XD

Today I finished I really good book that's been glued to me like crazy. The main character, Kate, was someone I could relate to and that started me thinking. She was caring and always, ALWAYS put others before herself. She also made sure that whatever she said didn't hurt anyone's feelings and was a spaz sometimes, but generally just a sweet girl. I don't want to toot my own horn, but she was me XD [ Or rather, I felt like she was me ]

Anyways, how we really relate to one another is the fact that she wanted to help people. She did everything possible to help others because the thought of anyone suffering made her suffer as well. Though, as she helped people, she thought badly about herself and always felt down and had low self-esteem. It got so bad to the point that she emailed her favorite teacher, asking advice about what she should do with herself. [ Cause she lost her job and apparently, her job defined her so without it, she felt lost and didn't think she was important in the world, yadda yadda yadda ]

Anyways, by the end of the book, she ended up developing some self-esteem and found the love of her life. I felt very happy for her and envied her quite a bit. [ XD Cause life hardly ever works that way for people ] I mean, would I instantly wake up one day and find the love of my life, while helping someone at the same time? I wish >.<

But!!! I felt inspired by the book because you saw someone get pushed down to their very bottom and slowly come up and make something of themselves. They used their pain and suffering to help boast themselves to the top. I tired doing that, but it failed horribly. It's still failing horribly now cause feelings are a bitch.

Anyways, to cut this short, everyone should read BOY MEETS GIRL by Meg Cabot! It's a good book for those who wanna read something stupid, funny, sad, and awesome all in one!
